The moulded polymer handle meets the blade without a seam. Lightweight to hold and straightforward to wash by hand.

Which knife should I start with?

A chef’s knife is versatile for vegetables, herbs, meat and fish. Prefer a smaller knife? Choose a 13 or 15 cm utility knife. A bread knife is a separate choice for firm crusts.

Which handle suits me?

Lightweight polymer has a seamless moulded handle. The riveted polymer version has three rivets. Wood has its own grain pattern and a steel bolster. Wash every handle type by hand; occasionally care for wood with food-safe oil.

Can my knife go in the dishwasher?

No. Wash by hand and dry straight away to look after the edge and handle. Do not leave wooden handles soaking in water.
